God Killer!

This creature was one of the raid monsters in an event in HellFire a few weeks back, and I figured I'd introduce y'all to the YGO version of him. His effect needs work but I think his stats are perfect. Anyway, here you go!

If your opponent controls a LIGHT monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Summoned this way, the effect(s) of LIGHT monsters that target this monster are negated. This monster cannot be destroyed by battle with LIGHT monsters.

2 things on the effect

1.- The card could get better if its able to special summon itself (thats up to you on how), right now its no different from old cards, you need too much to get this on the field.

2.- There is no point on giving this card battle protection against a monster thats gonna get destroyed before the battle happens. The only time that will work is if the monster is not affected by killer. Maybe effect protection will be better

Aside from that i like how is designed to counter light monsters

So, an anti-LIGHT monster basically. Looks like it is invulnerable to most LIGHT monsters, which is good, but usually anti-Attribute cards such as this one don't get too far in usability since by nature they counter only specific decks, which in turn can find ways to play around these specific cards. For instance, a LIGHT deck could access a non-LIGHT monster from the Extra Deck to deal with this threat, or otherwise use generic monster removal.

In addition, the protection effects are fine, but it doesn't exactly threats the opponent and instead is more of a wall, since it won't be able to destroy by battle monsters with 2700+ ATK, and the opponent can choose to not target this card with LIGHT monsters to play around the negation. In that sense, even Light-Imprisoning Mirror seems more appealing for an anti-LIGHT card, since it is more proactive and disruptive with the effect negation.

I feel this would end up being mostly used as a level 7 that can be relatively easy to Summon for Rank 7 or Synchro Summon plays.

I would drop suggestion but I have no idea of what you could change that doesn't end up making the card too strong and/or oppressing towards LIGHT decks.
