Judging by the wording, it also works on monsters. Essentially, it's a "You're not allowed to play the game" card. What else is there to say? It doesn't even have a cost for a powerful effect. Also, giving it a "Once per turn" soft OPT doesn't help. You can use 3 of them in a turn and if you can keep looping them off and on the field, you can spam the effect multiple times. Manpole Posted December 5, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 5, 2015 Yea, I know its powerful, and yes it was meant to stay "banned" even if Limiter left the field. I'm tired of all the 2 card combos and archetypes where you know exactly what is going to happen to you, turn 2. Trebuchet MS Posted December 6, 2015 Report Share Posted December 6, 2015 Easily blown up or run over, but protect it (like, with Safe Zone) or catch your opponent when they have no outs and this card can eventually clamp down and eat away at their ability to play.
