While your opponent controls no Monsters OR Spell/Trap cards: This card gains 300 ATK and "When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or card effects until the end of that battle."

I found amusing (in a good way) how the dragon looks all tough and menacing and yet it has a pink theme with the armor, energy blasts and text color. It reminded me of the "tough guys wear pink" slogan.

 

Anyway, interesting card for the Rank 5 Xyz pool. Basically, it's a follow-up for destruction effects. It's not a bad card, but by its nature it's reliant on other cards that do the destruction. Thankfully it is an Extra Deck monster so you are free to call it whenever you have a destruction card at hand. I cannot but think of it as a counterpart to Tiras, effect-wise: While Tiras has to battle first to destroy a card, this needs an effect destruction instead to trigger its effect; also in a way this card trades Tiras' protection towards effect destruction for more ATK power, and a situational half-Armades effect.

 

My only OCG nitpick is in the last effect: the (:) makes it a trigger effect, when it should be more accurate to write it as a continuous effect (see Armades).
