Pednulum Effect

 

➀: Once per turn: You can banish 1 Continilus Spell card or 1 Field Spell card from your Graveyard; until the End Phase name and the Pendulum Effect of this card becomes the effect of the banished card. If you use this effect, destroy this card during the End Phase. You can only use this effect of "Prince of Present" once per turn.

 

Monster Effect

 

➀: If your opponent controls a monster Summoned from the Extra Deck and you control no monsters; You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck. You cannot Special Summon monsters this turn, except from your Extra Deck. ➁: When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field or 1 Level 6 or  higher Tuner monster in your Graveyard; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects. ➂: If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK. You can only use each effect of "Prince of Present" once per turn.

 

 

 

I think this is the Dark Magician, Neos, Stardust, Utopia and Odd-Eyes of Paradise Lost archetype. If you like it check out rest of them. Oh and let me know what you are thinking about Prince is he OP or underpowered. So...

So a vampire lord for pendulums, having a tyler-clause and a black panther effect ... seems alright, considering one cannot special summon except from the extra deck during that turn, which means that without pendulums this card loses its entire shine ... outside of dedicated decks with cards like chicken race, however pseudospace already exists doing almost the same and banishing copies, so this could not really advance chicken race plays ... all in all it seems fine, even thought he first effect and the tyler clause seems random.

All in all this card seems alright, considering it helps with setup and is basicly dead if he ends up in one's hand without any continuous spells/field spells in the grave.
