[Tojin]

I have really shitty memory issues and some memories have been forgotten/mixed up, but I do know that this year has been hellish for me. A lot of s*** happened between friends and school. But, possibly the only two amazing things that happened this year was meeting my fiancé and having not harmed myself since April 12.

Happy eight month anniversary (give or take a couple days)!

 

As for me, it was pretty much just another year. I mean, global news pretty much sucked universally, but the only way it's affected me is a pair of Syrian kids (siblings, I think) transferred to my school.

 

I'm incredibly proud of my brother, though; he managed to find a girlfriend in February that he actually stayed with all the way until now. It helps that they're both pretty mature for their age (they're both 14, and were 13 when they met). This is also a direct product of him getting over his social issues and becoming more comfortable with himself and his new school. So while this year was pretty meh for me, it's been an amazing one for Connor, and I could not be prouder.

Oh yeah! One thing that sticks out was we got a puppy in October! Her name is Harley and she's a German shepherd/dingo mix. She's the cutest thing ever and really smart to boot. Shame I'm off to college in a couple years, I won't be able to see her as often.
