Universal Last Hope!/May need balancing

Card Name: Universal Last Hope!

Type:Trap, Quick-Play

Effect:Activates only when your opponents monster attacks/uses a card that will result in you losing. Roll a die, and if it lands on 1-3, destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field, and both players special summon any monster from their graveyard/deck/side deck/fusion deck. If it lands on 4-6, destroy this card and continue opponents attack/card effect.

 

I feel like it needs a balance but I still want it to feel like more of an epic card that can still save you, any ideas?
