Dova
Yes, I just made a new "Rank-" card! What does it do? Why, it neither Ranks Up or Ranks Down! And for some reason I've found I like Xyz Summoning. CnC plz. Rank-Keep-Magic Rapid Force Quick-Play Spell During your opponent's turn: Target any number of monsters on the field with the same Level/Rank; Special Summon 1 Xyz monster from your Extra Deck which can use the targeted monsters as Xyz Material, then attach the targets to that monster as Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.) You cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn after you activate this effect.
ENMaker
So you Xyz on your opponent's turn. I really see no use for it at all. To somehow make Hope Zexal in the most impractical way? Oh, no, it only does with levels. Then... it literally is just "During your opponent's turn, Xyz summon." With no Exciton there is not an Xyz monster I can think of that you'd rather summon on your opponent's turn at the cost of no longer being allowed to summon than on your own turn, apart from Azathoth but the only way he's ever summoned is with Ptolemaeus and there's not exactly any rank 5 decks bar Chronofact which I've not even heard anything about for ages. I just don't get what this is meant to do or what deck it's meant to help and I can't think of anything to do to change it that wouldn't equate to scrapping it entirely and making a completely different card. I mean really what other Xyz triggers on summon that gives you an advantage more worthwhile summoning on your opponent's turn than yours?
Dova
I made it because I'm freaking tired of swarming on my opponent's turn and then I can 81 or something on my turn but then they Raigeki/Attack with 6 monsters. The use if basically if you combo on your opponent's turn you can bring out Xyz's which are more powerful than your previous monsters. Do you think adding the Rank thing would fix it? Then again, Kaiser.
ENMaker
81 is a 4k wall with total immunity, why would you want to leave out a Noble Express Knight and Derricrane or whatever and not summon with them only to do it immediately on your opponent's turn? I really don't get it even with that explanation. If you gave it a Super Poly clause it's be somewhat worthwhile seen as it at least guarantees you get whatever out but even then. My issue remains I cannot think of any deck that would want to use this. If you did let it do with ranks as well as levels so it could bring out the likes of Kaiser that'd be cool and make it possibly worth using but apart from that I can't think of anywhere to go with the concept. Dova
Wrong Number *facepalm* I meant 86. Yeah, I'll buff it and see how it goes.
ENMaker
I mean, you know... 86 is a 3k wall with immunity to everything that prevents your opponent from even summoning so I'd still question that line of thought.

The idea is not to leavel them out, the idea is you manage to Swarm on your OPPONENT's TURN. Alright, so their turn, CotH that Satella that summons from hand, then Altair, then Deneb. You have 3 monsters, now, you could do at at the End Phase, but something might need you to do it now.
ENMaker
Ah now really that's getting into a bit too wombo combo even for the lengths I'm willing to accept as practical. Will just wait to see whatever update it is you make though because I've devolved further and further to the point that this is just spam now. Dova
Added Super Polyness and Rankness. Hope that gives you happiness.
ENMaker
Looks quite cool now. Combining your stuff with your opponent's to form a far more powerful monster out of nothing seems more thematically in line with the idea you were trying to convey. It's become Ninjitsu Art of Super-Xyz Shouken and I like that. Nothing more to say on it now.

Toffee.
This seems.... A little on the stupid side. Or at least, in mirror matches, since it would be straight-up bonkers. I mean, you can steal Novas for your own Infinities, turn opposing Dantes into your own Eternal Ladies, etc, it's gimmicky but given the nature of Xyzs it's going to end up being a potential threat when a lot of Decks use common Ranks/etc, and This card would very easily take advantage of such things. For example, you could flip This on an opponent's 2 Level 4 monsters -> Make Ptolem -> Ptolem becomes Pleides -> Opponent now have to struggle with a Pleides breathing down there neck.
