Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it. If this card has a "Wind-Up" monster as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect:
*At the start of the Damage Step, if this card is attacking a monster: Destroy that monster.

This was designed because of the Wind-Ups' terrible exclusive Xyz library. I really want to be able to use Zenmaiday but trying to Rank-Up with it results in me needing to run Zenmaister, which isn't a good card at all. S/T destruction amidst R4 monsters is rather rare, so this card can serve a little niche outside its intended Deck by being one of the few R4 monsters that can hit backrow.

Looks like a solid card to me. A generic Rank 4 "MST" should be a very much welcomed addition to the pool (even the Rank 3 pool already got one in Granpulse), and the second effect is a cute way for rewarding Wind-Up decks, who have been out of the picture for a while by now. It seems that said effect only works when the monster declares the attack, so it shouldn't be as overwhelming.
