Hello my name is Enguin
When a monster you control declares an attack: Destroy all face-up Attack Position monsters on the field, and if you do, banish both this card and one of the destroyed monsters. Something for Superheavies to banter about with, and nothing else. Not used Superheavies but from facing them I know they tend to lose by running our of resources, and since they can't really use Raigeki and other backrow they're over-reliant on battle destruction. This gives them a thing. Artwork has a mirror-ish thing going inwards as opposed to the regular out so that works. Kind of.
Trebuchet MS
The next possible abuse combo I can think of is using a monster with a controllable self-banish effect, like Wind-Up Rabbit, to dodge destruction by this card and return to the field afterwards. Either that, or with Interdimensional Matter Transporter, but this adds another card to the equation. The result being an incredible boardwipe and you retaining possibly your strongest monster. It's something interesting to toy about, but perhaps too inefficient to see meta play.
Tinkerer
There's also Beelze and Fire Kings and those Pandemonium Archfiends, but none of those are super practical. Honestly though, my only real gripe with this card is how ridiculously slow it is. It already has the inherent slowness of a trap, but then you can only activate it during your turn. Personally, I don't think it would break anything if you change it to be triggered when one of your monsters attacks or is attacked. That way you still can't trigger from an empty field but it can actually be defensively helpful.
