So this card is basically a way to bring the classic Elemental heroes to your hand and fusion them? it seems like it can become an easy way to first turn fusion spark giant or any other elemental hero by that (if one or more of the required creatures are these 4 heroes). That could be either OP or an pretty solid addition to any E-HERO deck.

Thunder Giant is mediocre

Flame Wingman isn't that impressive

Rampart Blaster is straight-up useless

 

'Course, you could mention the ones that just use a HERO + [insert Attribute monster here], but even then, you wouldn't realistically run Avian/Burst/Clay because they honestly don't do a lot outside of being Materials and/or are dead draws.

 

At most, you would just use This card to grab Sparkman without Discarding anything because it has more going for it then the other 3. But even then, Emergency Call is far better because it lets you grab ANY Elemental HERO.

I'd have to agree with Armz.

None of the original Elemental HERO Fusions are even worth it any more (or even those four in particular).

 

At best, you can just use it to make the Omni-HEROs with them, but that's about it. 

 

So yeah, this is more/less for casual HERO decks, but Emergency Call certainly beats this, because it's a simple search.

This one searches more, but also requires to discard and is limited to a particular set.

well, touché, but hey, if you're doing a deck just for fun and just to use some never used cards it can be something fun. Besides, there is other E-HERO fusions that require one of these that are actually useful and... well I got nothing. But it isn't as useless as some of the normal E-HERO cards... And besides, since he can always just create new E-HERO cards that can be treated like those citated above, this card can handle some potential. Maybe.
