"If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a Level 10 monster: You can destroy 1 set card on the field, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent."

That's the correct wording.

Other than that, card is way too slow for it to be useful, even with the cute destruction effect.

If you control a Dragon-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is used as Synchro Material for a Level 10 monster: You can destroy 1 Set Card on the field, and if you do, your opponent takes 500 damage.

Well, I suppose it helps Dragons go for more Level 7 and 8 Synchro plays, so that's something.

But otherwise, there aren't too many Level 10s that Dragons are willing to run in their ED (bar for Trident maybe) and even then, the payoff isn't as great.

However, I should also mention that because of its own SSing effect, it can also be used for Rank 4 plays among other things. You will need to put an OPT limiter on it, so one cannot abuse it.

Suppose you could change the set pop + burn to whenever you Synchro Summon a Dragon-Type monster; that way, it'll work better if you go into stuff like Stardust, Moonlight Black Rose (or whatever).

But otherwise, it at least aids in Synchro Summoning, so a bit better.

-----

P.S. Put the updated card in the original post, so we can see it clearly.

It was originally Level 3, and I didn't suggest him to change the Level, so idk why he did that. As a Level 4, yeah I agree that it should have a limit because Wyverburster and Collapserpent exist. As for the targets that could trigger its effect after synchro summoning, Leo is one Level 10's that can be summoned if you have a Level 6 out.
