GarlandChaos
Target 1 face-up monster you control; it gains 300 ATK and DEF. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack while this card is in your Graveyard: Special Summon this card in Defense Position as a Normal Monster (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 300). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) If Summoned this way, banish this card when it leaves the field. Hey, kids! Can you say "outclassed"? Seriously, though. The ONLY noticeable thing this card does is stop direct attacks, so why would you even CONSIDER it in Phantom Knights? ...you guys that have actually played the deck can probably think of a few reasons why. It does function as a generic, though. So there's that. Discuss.
The Highlander
It has a cute interaction with one of the new traps, but at the end of the day it is outclassed and does too little, actually it is the same situation as shade brigandine, it is simply not worth it. King K. Azo
Hey, I can use that Trap in SuperHeavy Samurais! ... That's a thing.
The Highlander
This card is cute at best and only if combined with imperial iron wall, however that card counters about every other Phantom card, that is used, so Phantom Knights would be the last Deck to try that, Burgestoma might be able to use this to some extend, even though there are far better alternatives and they do not usually equire that kind of direct attack protection, actually rainbow kuriboh completely outclasses this thing and I doubt Superheavy decks would really enjoy having this slow card, which hardly helps the player and is too reactive if it comes to the question when it finally leaves the graveyard, it is definitely not as awful as shade brigandine, but the second place in terms of the worst Phantom cards.
