OK, this thing pretty much amounts to a minimum 3K beatstick if you use the bare minimum of materials (or in heavy summon/search Decks, up to 15,000). Yeah, not comfortable with getting a free beatstick for minimal effort.

 

Lower it to 800-1000 per material, then maybe it'll be fine. (3000 ATK off a 3-mat monster is fine)

 

Then again, it is vulnerable to all forms of removal anyway, but that isn't a reason for making a card get an awful lot of power off the bat. Also revives one of its materials by Tributing itself; guess that can be used to summon a high Level from the Graveyard or something (from the hand though).

It's useless to add the "you control and/or hand", because this doesn't let you Summon via its effect, so you still need something like Polymerization.

It's useless to add the "you control and/or hand", because this doesn't let you Summon via its effect, so you still need something like Polymerization.

 

I added this part to prevent duelists from using cards like "Chain Material" or some unknown "Overloard Fusion" for Water monsters.
