Tinkerer
Eh, to be honest this seems to be mostly outclassed by the trap Michizure. Focusing on this card's strengths, this card can hit Spells/Traps as well as monsters. However, this card can be mitigated by a minor mill and its use conditions aren't the most friendly. With tons of removal options outside of battle, it might be difficult to even trigger this at a useful time, though ramming one of your own monsters is an option. In keeping the card mostly the same, I'd recommend removing the "opponent mill" option and add maybe some burn in addition to the destruction (400-800?). Or, better yet, make the mill mandatory but still destroy the card.

Trebuchet MS
When a monster on your side of the field you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: shuffle in into your deck; if you do, Target 1 card your opponent controls and the destroyed monster; activate 1 of these effects.*Shuffle the target in the Graveyard into the Deck, also destroy the target your opponent controls and your opponent takes 800 damage.*Shuffle the target in the Graveyard into the Deck, also banish the target your opponent controls and your opponent takes 400 damage.Due to a lot of cards being resistant to destruction or replacing themselves when they are destroyed, banishing the target will more often than not be the chosen mode. The loss of 400 damage is too miniscule to make a difference between destruction and banishment.

SirReal
There's almost no reason to choose to destroy a card over banish. In fact, you might as well remove the destruction effect entirely. Burn damage is already hardly recognized as a goal of any card effect and LP is incredibly expendable to the point where 400 points of additional damage is not worth choosing to destroy a card over banishing it, especially in an age of floaters and pendulums. The fact that this card is a trap and requires your monster to be destroyed in battle also is a hinderance to the utility of it, so you need to make waiting for your opponent to kill your monster, or setting the card and waiting a turn to crash to set it off worth it. maybe remove the destruction effect, find a nice compromise with the burn damage (maybe 500 or 600) and have it banish only.
