Azuriena
I would rather a Scale that helps me Pendulum Summon back my monsters from the Extra Deck, on a plus, than this card. Summoner Monk may also discard 1 Spell Card for cost, but it Special Summons from the Deck, which is a place that you do not have to set up beforehand. I don't see much reason to run Pendulum Monk as it is.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card is good if/only if you don't have the appropriate Scales to summon stuff from the Extra Deck, but most of the time, you already have appropriate Scales to summon Level 4s. You could change the effect to affect Level 4 and lower monsters (if for the purpose of getting Level 1s to be PS-able until Konami prints Scale 0), but otherwise it's not as effective as Summoner Monk. Though, card would still be unideal, even with that change, since ED will need to be set up (and you're limited to whatever's in there). A suggestion would be to have it revive dead Pendulums in the Graveyard; as in the ones that got their Summons negated, discarded from hand/Deck or used as Xyz Material. TF2_The_Scout
This is pretty much a carbon clone of Summoner Monk. It has the same exact effect. The only difference is that it summons pendulum monsters from the extra deck, but why would I discard a spell card to summon a pendulum when I can just set the scales and summon that same monster for no cost? Now, if this was a scale itself and provided the same consistency as Summoner Monk(summoning from the main deck), then it might be better, but other than that, it just seems too generic and too slow of a clone of Summoner Monk. One more thing. You need to write out your card's effect. On phones and other mobile devices, especially people with sight problems, the text can be difficult to read since the site automatically shrinks the text to fit the card.
