GaleDogra
Continuous Spell Card. Once per turn: If you have 20 or more cards in your Deck: Pay 300 LP and declare 1 card name; Shuffle your Deck, then excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is the declared card, you win the Duel, otherwise send it to the Graveyard. Trebuchet MS
Intriguing. 500 LP and a card (normally a relatively low cost) for a 5~15% chance of instant victory at best? It's going to be a crapshoot most of the time, and that incredibly large chance of whiffing completely will be the major turn-off that prevents people from trying to run it. GaleDogra
I increased the card power.
Tinkerer
I don't think it actually needed to be buffed. It may whiff a lot, but it ensures that it isn't an insta-win that is too easy nor ridiculously difficult. ...That said, there is a card that can combo with this to provide an insta-win regardless of it being buffed/not buffed and despite the shuffle: "Convulsion of Nature". With Convulsion, it becomes a 2-card insta-win, something that is a lot easier when you realize that Convulsion has a couple draw engines associated with it. It would probably end up more consistent than Exodia.
dustdevil9
I feel like this card would be a really fun way to try and win the game. even if you dont just milling something to the graveyard which could be helpful in some cases. I could see this in Lightsworn or Infernoids just because it has a win/mill potential. Additionally the way its worded there isn't a way to spin a card to the top of the deck to sac

With Convulsion, it becomes a 2-card insta-win,I don't think it works that way. You declare the card name (when paying costs) before shuffling the Deck (while resolving effect), so even if you know what's on top constantly, you can't control whether the card you're naming will be there. Eddie McBean
But... this CAN be used for a mill deck, because then, you'll have no real consequences... Lightsworns would make this a win/win situation any day of the week to be honest.
Guest BGMCANN0N
But... this CAN be used for a mill deck, because then, you'll have no real consequences... Lightsworns would make this a win/win situation any day of the week to be honest. And so could Toy Vendor and Archfiend's Oath which are a lot more easier to control, and can offer controlled mills... But, they are impractical in most Lightsworn builds as they could end up being apart of their indiscriminate mills anyhow, and as a result make some potentially horrible mills. Ideally, in a Lightsworn build you want to use as less Spells/Traps that you don't benefit from milling as possible (Charge of the Light Brigade and Solar Recharge are the best options.) Also, when you reach 19 or less cards and you haven't drawn/mill this card yet... This could end up backfiring as a horrible top deck as you can no longer use its effect. I know this is quite a pokey scenario, but it is one to consider._______________________________________________ Now at any rate I like this unorthodox win condition. It isn't entirely possible to control because of the shuffle effect which makes it live up to the gambling nature of a lotto ticket. But, there are a few ways to stack your odds:Run the highest number of copies of each card in your Deck.Reviewing your Graveyard and hand like a mad man to make your next call. That is as good as it gets... Nonetheless, if anybody wins by this kind of effect. I think they legitimately trolled their opponent.
