When this card is Normal Summoned: you can declare a Level from 1 and 3, then, target 1 Fiend-Type Tuner Monster from your graveyard; Special Summon the targeted monster to your side of the field, then, its Level becomes equal to the declared Level. Dova Posted February 21, 2016 Report Share Posted February 21, 2016 I would really prefer a dice roll/coin flip or something on the Summon effect, rather than a choice by you. Otherwise, this card is too overpowered, giving you any generic Synchro monster from Level 6-8. I like the idea, and I can see the "Red" format, but...might need some nerfing.
