Face McShooty
Now a little background on this card, I keep getting an "app recommendation" on my Facebook to download and play this game called Neo Monsters, it's essentially a knockoff of Pokemon. But I saw it had its own wiki, so I went to check it out and check out some of the monsters it had (over 750 right now) and saw one that stuck out to me so I checked out its stats and made a card based off it. It's an 8 star monster in the game, so it's a level 8 monster here and it's ATK and DEF in the game is 2900/2900 so there was it's stats. Plus it's a "shadow" element, hence why it's DARK. The effect is just something I came up with on my own. When this monster is Summoned, you can change the Battle Position of 1 monster on your opponent's field. Trebuchet MS
The effect is... rather mediocre. A battle position change on-summon is not going to leave a lot of impact, and after all that's said and done the only thing it's good for is beating face. Could Dreadfish do other things in Neo Monsters? Any special abilities unique to it? Maybe you can try adapting those to make it stand out more. Flash Flyer - Sakura
As Gadjiltron mentioned already, effect is really underwhelming for a boss monster; even stuff like Coelacanth and Hyper-Ancient Shark Megalodon do much more than this card (and they have support cards otherwise). At the very least, it doesn't target so suppose you can use it to bypass certain cards with immunity to that. But yeah, outside of some casual environments, there aren't too many Decks that this card can fit into.

Face McShooty
Well according to the wiki, it has a stun ability that immobilizes an opponent for 200 seconds. I don't know how I could work that into a YGO effect
Flash Flyer - Sakura
If you apply something on the lines of paralysis from Pokemon, you could try negating the monster's effects or preventing it from being used as ED material / attacking for a set period of time.
