Trebuchet MS
Right, the image link and tags go into your post content, not the title. 2900/2900 is a fair bit too strong for a generic LV7 Synchro that still has a beneficial effect on top of that. Even if it's an effect that works on only 2 cards in the game, the stats are higher than the standard. I'd recommend cutting the ATK to 2400-2500, or adding some Synchro requirements. Flash Flyer - Sakura
You didn't change anything... ---We do have Level 7 Synchros with over 2600 ATK, but either they require specific materials (Nitro Warrior / Dark Highlander) or are Vanillas (Scrap Archfiend). At present, Yazi and Dark Strike Fighter set the upper bar for generic Level 7s with 2600 ATK, so yeah card shouldn't exceed that (for your safety, just keep it at 2500) It recovers Scarecrow/Statue, which limits its usability, but yeah as-is, it outclasses even some Level 8 Synchros. Trebuchet MS
Wait wait wait. "Scrap" Tuner and "Scrap Worm"? I don't recall seeing any LV5 Scrap Tuners around. Let's also not forget Scrap Worm in itself is a Tuner.

Trebuchet MS
@Sakura: Had forgotten Scrap Soldier existed. Shows how bad it was. @Slushpuppy: I can't see any differences in the new version. Also, it would be best to edit your newer versions of your cards into your opening post rather than putting them in your new posts.
Slushpuppy23
the difference is that instead of a tuner its 1 or more non tuner monsters
Trebuchet MS
Okay, now that we got the main issues worked out, let's see... Since this card now affects Scrap S/Ts as well as "Scrap-Iron" S/Ts, it has a little bit of synergy in the Scrap deck. Being able to tutor Scrapyard, Scrapstorm, and Scrap Factory - three pretty decent cards in the Scrap archetype - redeem it a fair bit. Only thing holding it back is that its Tuner restriction is Scrap Worm, otherwise it'd be a decent LV7 option to use in Scraps.

Trebuchet MS
We don't offer services to print your cards out. You'll have to find your own methods of doing so.
