When you do, this card gains this effect: * You can Pendulum Summon while you do not control another card in your other Pendulum Zone, but if you do, you can only Pendulum Summon "Cloudian" monsters of any Level. Fixed. Even Joke cards need PSCT lol. I think you know how that went. XD Anywho, at the very least... You can Pendulum Summon all the bad ones without any serious self-punishment like Ghost Fog, Poison Cloud, Sheep Cloud, and Smoke Ball (if you don't like using Turbulence for some reason).
