Discarding seems like a low cost, as far as I'm concerned; you could always just COTH (or birthright if you're going for maximum field advantage like me) for a +1. Level 7 Spellcaster-types are also searchable with Summoner's Art, so you could deck thin 3 with 2 cards. Fortunately, this card has no utility outside of that and summoning a Normal monster that is vulnerable to everything and their moms. All in all, this card seems relatively well designed. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted February 25, 2016 Report Share Posted February 25, 2016 Well, Dark Magician just got a new chunk of support in the new booster if you've not noticed by now. But otherwise, it's basically Quick-Play Trade-In for DM that also revives him later (so might as well call it Pot of Greed for him, since you're getting him back).
