This card seems to have a bit of synergy with decks running Gift Card and such. Useful, being able to reduce your life points for Life Equalizer.

Before I give you my review, pls look at this effect very carefully...

 

"Once per duel, you can pay half of your LP, Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your deck."

There are 2 problems with this effect:

1. Change "from your deck" to "from your Extra Deck"

2. "Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck" means you can Special Summon "Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon", which is quite overpowered. (go to yugioh wikia if you dont know about the card.) So, pls add some Summoning restrictions.

 

The rest of the effects are OK, but the LPs cost are way too high to be used in other Decks that dont use Life Equalizer.

Hmm. Here's some advice.

 

Grammar/spelling:

 

The word You is only capitalized when it is followed by a semicolon for cost or colon for effect. normally, you isn't capitalized in a card.

 

Or shouldn't be capitalized either in Or more. Neither is This in This card. Xyz monster should be Xyz Monster. Same thing with Xyz materials should be Xyz Materials. During is supposed to be during. Deck is supposed to be Extra Deck.

 

Duel is also supposed to be capitalized. No more spelling/grammar mistakes after that.

 

On the card itself: It's not a bad card. However, this card would only work well in a late gamestate. Otherwise, it's just a dead draw in the beginning of the game.

 

Ouch... All the cards in your hand as Xyz Material? This might be good for some Xyz Monsters, but it's way too costly like this. Also, the SSed monster only lasts on the field for two turns, and it has no protection. Maybe get rid of the last effect, since paying half your LP is costly enough.

 

EDIT*** Saw the comment of Ultimate Falcon from the guy behind me. It doesn't matter if Falcon is Summoned. The effect can still be negated by Solemn Strike, and effects that target the player. Same as Towers, it's just hard to get off the board. (Personal Opinion)

 

The paying half your LP is too much for a +1. The card would still be balanced if you change paying half your LP for a +2 instead.

 

Other than those alarming areas, everything else is fine.

I'll do a quick OCG fix, then review this card properly:

 

If this face-up card is destroyed: Destroy all monsters you control. If your LP is lower than your opponent and the deficit is 4000 or more, this card gains the following effects. 

- Once per Duel: You can pay half your LP; Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, then attach all cards in your hand to that monster as Xyz Materials. That monster gains the following effect: During the End Phase: Pay 1000 LP or send this card to the Graveyard. 

- If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card and pay half your LP; draw 1 card. 
 

(Yes, deficit is used in newer cards nowadays; see Soul Drain Dragon and some other stuff)

Anyway, this is pretty much a late-game card for the most part (unless you decide to do something like Chicken Race + multiple Upstart Goblin early to get the LP thing going). First effect is OPD, but remember that you have access to pretty much any Xyz of your choosing, including Rank 10 and above monsters. As one member mentioned already, Ultimate Falcon (Ruri for some TCG members) is pretty much invulnerable to other card effects, though it will sap your LP away unless you can restore it every turn (by virtue of that forced maintenance). There's also stuff like Great Magnus (which can certainly be a pain in the neck to contend with, given enough mats_, Number 93 and a few other things; not counting other smaller Xyz that are commonly used to go into other cards.

 

Ultimate Raptor is overkill, but if I remember correctly, that requires one to go Rank-Up from Satellite Cannon and not sure if RR players even want to do that. Oh wait, they have Death Double off Blaze, so.... On a sidenote, RRs could use it to spam their entire hand onto said Ultimate Falcon and do whatever (but do they want to give up their hand advantage on this card?)

 

The graveyard banish effect can lose the heavy LP cost; you're already low on LP by the time you get this going and you don't need to cut it any further. 

 

But yeah, the SSing part is in limbo (considering access to a lot of the higher Rank Xyz that generally have harder conditions to fill otherwise). Even though said monster will only last about 1-2 turns (barring any LP increases), certain monsters are capable of reversal wins within that much time.

If Ultimate Falcon is unaffected by all effects, wouldn't the cost not apply since Hasty Xyz attempts to give the effect after resolving the Summon?

Ultimate Falcon's effect only protects it from other cards; as this card forces that maintenance cost as UF's own effect, it'll still be subjected to the cost at the end of the turn.
