Legendary Creature - Elf King

You can only cast this creature while you control 3 or more "Elvish" Elf creatures. Other Elf creatures get +1/+1 and have Haste. (They can attack and be tapped as soon as they come under your control.) This creature gains +1/+1 for all other Elf you control.

Mtg doesn't really support archetyping the same way yugioh does. It doesn't make too much sense either, since Elvish isn't a particular tribe of Elf either - it mainly is just there to justify the Elf creature type on the card. Remove the archetyping, and honestly, you could even remove the entire cast restriction. His usefulness is severely hampered if you control few elves anyway.

 

King isn't a creature type. If it were one, it would be Lord, but that type has been removed from the Creature Type list.

 

Haste is only a tertiary ability in green, so it probably shouldn't have a green lord providing it. (Lord here being a slang term that means a card that gives a stat boost and/or ability to a large yet specific group of cards.)

 

The card otherwise seems fine, certainly nothing to write home about. I'd still run other Elf lords as commanders over this.
