Welp, I'm feeling random.

Umbral Horror Spectre
DARK - lvl 4 - Fiend/Effect - 0 atk 0 def
During your main phase 1, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by reducing the level/rank of 1 monster your opponent controls by the number of "Umbral Horror" monsters in your graveyard (min 1) Once per turn, you can banish 1 DARK monster from your graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Umbral Horror" monster from your graveyard. You cannot Normal Summon the turn you activate this effect.

Umbral Horror Dream Walker
DARK - lvl 4 - Fiend/Effect - 0 atk 0 def
If this card is Special Summoned, you can banish 1 monster you control, except this card, take control of 1 monster with a level your opponent controls and make its level 4. You cannot Normal Summon or Special Summon monsters, except DARK Xyz monsters for the rest of the turn you activate this effect.

Umbral Horror Black Dog
DARK - lvl 4 - Fiend/Effect - 0 atk 0 def
If you Special Summon "Umbral Horror" monster(s), you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard. Once per turn, if you haven't Normal Summoned this turn, you can target 1 "Umbral Horror" monster you control: this card's level becomes equal to the level/rank of the targeted monster.

Umbral Horror Grim
DARK - Rank 4 - Fiend/Xyz/Effect - 2400 atk 0 def
2 level 4 Fiend-type monsters
When card is Xyz Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Umbral Horror" monster from your graveyard. As long as face up card has Xyz materials on the field, neither player can Normal Summon lvl 4 or lower monsters. You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; then Special Summon 2 "Umbral Horror" monsters with the same name from your hand.

Umbral Horror Feeding Frenzy
Spell-Continuous
Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Umbral Horror" monster from your hand. You cannot Normal Summon the turn you activate this effect. You send this card from the field to the graveyard and target 1 Fiend-type or "Number" Xyz monster on the field; attach 2 "Umbral Horror" monsters from you hand or graveyard to that card as Xyz materials. The card targeted by this effect cannot activate its effect the turn you activate this effect.

Umbral Horror Endless Terror
Spell-Quickplay
When a Fiend-type monster you control is destroyed or attached to a "Number" Xyz monster as Xyz material by card effect; you can Special Summon 1 "Umbral Horror" monster with a level from your hand, graveyard or deck and its original attack becomes 2000. The card summoned by this effect cannot by used as Synchro or Xyz material, except for the Xyz Summon of a "Number" or Fiend-type monster.

Umbral Horror Reality Render
DARK - lvl 4 - Fiend/Pendulum/Effect - 0 atk 0 def
Pendulum effect (Scale 3/3): Neither player can tribute summon monsters, unless they control a "Number" or Fiend-type Xyz monster. If you have a card in your other Pendulum zone, negate this effect.

Monster effect: If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Umbral Horror" card or Pendulum summoned, you can reveal one "Number" or "Umbral Hoor" Xyz monster in your Extra deck; this turn, if you would Xyz summon that monster, you can use 1 monster your opponent controls as material for that Summon as if you controlled it.

 

Number C30: Umbral Horror Golem of Devastation

DARK - Rank 4 - Rock/Xyz/Effect - 3300 atk 4500 def

4 lvl 4 monsters

When this card is Xyz summoned, you can negate the effect of all other face-up cards on the field until the end of your opponent's next turn. During each of your end phases, detach 1 Xyz material from the this card or take damage equal to the combined attack of this card's Xyz materials. If this card has "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction" as Xyz material, it gains this effect:

-This card's original attack becomes 4500. If your opponent controls a Special Summoned monster, then this card is unaffected by any Trap card effects.

 

Number C85: Umbral Horror Spawner

DARK - Rank 5 - Fiend/Xyz/Effect - 3500 atk atk 0 def

 3 lvl 5 DARK monsters

This card cannot attack the turn you Summon a monster. Once per turn, you can detach one Xyz material from a card on the field; roll a six sided die then apply the result

1:Your opponent gains LP equal to this card's combined ATK and DEF.

2:Draw 1 card for every "Number C" monster you control

3:Banish up to two random cards from your opponent's hand face down.

4: Special Summon 1 "Number C" monster from your extra deck using 1 Xyz monster you control or that is in your graveyard as Xyz material.

5:Destroy all other cards on the field.

6:Banish this card face down and the top card of both players' decks.

 

Number C50: Umbral Horror Ship of Dread

DARK - Rank 4 - Plant/Xyz/Effect - 2400 atk 2100 atk

3 lvl 4 monsters

When this card is Xyz summoned, send 1 monster on the field to the graveyard then deal damage to your opponent equal to the difference between the sent monster's ATK and this card's ATK. If this card has "Number 50: Blackship of Corn" as Xyz material, it gains this effect:

- Once per turn, you can send 1 card on the field to the graveyard; and if it was a Xyz or "Umbral Horror" monster, you Special Summon 1 "Number" monster with a lower rank than this card from your Extra Deck.

 

Number C83: Umbral Horror Mistress

DARK - Rank 2 - Spellcaster/Xyz/Effect - 1000 atk 1000 def

4 lvl 2 monsters

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card and target 1 Xyz monster you control; Xyz summon, using this card as Xyz material, 1 "Number C" monster with the same rank and attribute as the targeted card. If you use this effect, you cannot activate the effect of other cards you control this turn, except "Number" cards. If this card has "Number 83: Galaxy Queen" as Xyz material, it gains this effect:

-An Xyz monster with this card attached to it as Xyz material gains this effect: when you detach an Xyz material from this card that was originally a Xyz monster, you can attach 1 card from your hand to this card as Xyz material.

 

Number C99: Fallen Utopia Wyrm

LIGHT - Rank 11 - Wyrm/Xyz/Effect - 5000 atk 4000 def

5 lvl 11 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 1 "Number 99: Utopic Dragon" and 1 "Number C" monster on the field. Once per turn, when you Special Summon an Xyz monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Number" monster from either player's graveyard; the summoned monster's name becomes the same as the monster summoned by this effect. While this card has Xyz material, it cannot be removed from the field by non-targeting effects. You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; add 1 "Rank-Up Magic" and up to 3 "Gagaga", "Dododo", "Gogogo" or "Zubaba" monsters from your deck to hand.

oooooh I love the Number C99: Utopia Wyrm. lol so overpower, love it.

 

Anything specific you like about it, besides it being OPed (which it shouldn't); even by Casual standards? Advanced Clause applies for this section, and yeah your remark doesn't count as proper CnC.

With that in mind, not really fond of a lot of the Rank-Ups that you decided to make as Umbral Horror for whatever reason (even though Vector would've probably made something of the like in ZEXAL if he had the chance).

 

30 is flat out broken, even with the forced detach or heavy burn. What's to stop some random Rank 3 deck from going into regular 30, then Rank-Up into this (especially given its immunity to Mirror Force and the piercing). Yeah, just no. 

 

C85 was already gimmicky to work with, but at least it can actually attack (assuming you don't mind not summoning). The 4 effect is the most potent of them all though; that and the 3 one. 

 

C50 screws the mechanics of Rank-Ups and should be Rank 5 if you're going to keep flavor (stats are fine at that level). Otherwise, its stats need to be 2100/1500 if you choose to keep this as a Rank 4 (like the older versions). Although, the on-summon effect is the only thing that has any resemblance to original 50; other effect is basically more Xyz spam [although limited to lower monsters].

I'll look at the Umbral stuff later, but you need to fix your card grammar.

With regard C50, I copied the quirks of Number 32 and C32, which remains Rank 4 throughout. I think I'll lower the stats as opposed the rank.

I do see your point with C30, and will change it. I made most of the these new Number C after seeing Number 100, cause I was annoyed at how difficult he is to bring out with the summoning restriction he's got.  

Can I ask where I went wrong grammar-wise?
