That is a really sensationalist statement. Every out that works on a Towers monster (other than Towers) works on this one guaranteed, AND it dies to non-targeting/mass removal. It's strong, but it's worse than Leo in most places, and only Monarchs can really summon it aside from Pendulums who likely do the former better, but even they wouldn't necessarily want to when other summons are better for immediately advancing the gamestate. UTL exists, Black Rose exists, you shouldn't be scared of a maindeck boss with targeting protection, at least not without an archetype catered around it and it's brothers. This is 2016. Non-targetting is good enough, being a non-searchable maindeck boss doesn't mean that it should have that as well.
