I don't think it's a good idea to let this banish more than once. In its current form, you can oftentimes get rid of two of your opponent's cards before they have a chance to get rid of this, which I feel is a bit too much for a low-Level Synchro. Even with just one, a quick-play banish against any card on the field without limitations is still pretty strong for a Level 2 Synchro. Given how the other three Level 2 Synchros seem to be built for laddering, perhaps you could have this perform its banish when it's used as a Synchro Material.

As for its ATK, it's unusually high in comparison to the other three Level 2 Synchros, but it's still low enough that you're going to just poke with it most of the time. You could lower it if you want, I guess.

I dont like that it banishes. Maybe permanantly set monsters?? We lack a good lv 2 besides formula... if you go with set momnsters raise the atk to 1800.

If you really want to banish. I would maybe make it a tuner. Or if you are scared for alt formula. Make it like a mini banishing scrap dragon and remove the cost. I really like it... rep for sure

I mean if you make it a tuner then it becomes a thing relevant to Quasar and as an alternative to Formula for when you have the necessary cards and just want to clear something out before continuing your play it's quite useful. Just that's its own problem in that level 2 synchros are not the kind of thing non-Quasar decks tend to make because they are almost solely combo pieces and that's something this lacks, so I'm not sold on it. It's a powerful effect undoubtedly, but I'm not sure where I'd put it.

That's not really a criticism of the card itself which I quite like and more about the circumstances into which it'd be being introduced but it is relevant in theory to the discussion. Being spell speed 2 so you can use it for disruption if you fail to ladder is fine I think, though with the Omega precedent I may be a bit skeptical of such an effect. I think it's quite good and the reservations I have are largely related to application rather than design but still, banishing is powerful removal and though 2s are awkward they are very easy if you want to build for them and this has solid stats to back up that effect.

I think if you just swapped the stats, as in 0 ATK 1500-ish DEF, while also making it a tuner, it'd be grand. Tends to be the way for lower synchros.
