Pendulum Effect:
(1) You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except “D/D” monsters. This effect cannot be negated.
(2) Once per turn: You can discard 1 “D/D/D” monster from your hand, then target 1 Level 6 or lower “D/D” monster you control; that monster gains 2000 ATK and DEF until the end of the turn.
Monster Effect:
The Monster Effect of “D/D Savant Nikola” can only be used once per turn.
(1) If this card in a Pendulum Zone is destroyed: You can target 1 “D/D/D” monster you control; return that monster to your hand, then place up to 2 “D/D” Pendulum monsters from your Extra Deck and place them into your Pendulum Zones. The Pendulum Effects of those cards cannot be activated this turn.

(1) Target 1 “Frightfur” Fusion Monster you control and 1 Fusion Monster the opponent controls; destroy all Special Summoned monsters on the field other than the targeted monsters, then a player whose monsters were destroyed by this effect takes damage equal to the sum of the ATK of the targeted monsters.

Fusion Death Waltz is never going to be used. You have to be running Fluffals (and since it's not a Frightfur card, it's unsearchable, unlike Frightfur March) and your opponent needs to control a Fusion. Which means they're using either a specific Deck that specializes in Fusion Summons, or they used Instant Fusion into Norden. It's so comically inconsistent, and is just as likely to backfire on you because Fluffals spam Fusions, and you're going to kill all SSed monsters other than the targets and deal burn damage.

All 3 are mediocre to bad. Which is disappointing, because Nikola had potential.

Nikola can let you use CEO's monster effect in addition to the Pendulum effect, which is kinda adorable and maybe a little scary.  Other than that single application however it doesn't do a whole lot from what I can initially tell.

 

The other two are meh.
