You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard: Increase or decrease the Level of this card by 1. You can Tribute this card: Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same Level that this card had on the field. The monster Summoned by this effect has it's effect negated and is Banished when it leaves the field. You can only activate this effect of "Channel Chaser" once per turn.

OBVIOUSLY THIS WAS MADE TO SUPPORT BURNING ABYSS MONSTERS- I mean it's not like you'd honestly ever Discard anything to grab whatever Level 2/4 you wanted from your Deck. But I suppose that's what happens when you end up making a ghetto version of Summoner Monk.

Regardless... The idea is that you'd Discard stuff to, effectively, change the channel of this card; Whatever you Summon off of it would be what you chose to watch. Or whatever.

It's a Tuner because HURRR HURR ITS A TV IT'S TUNED IN EKSDEE!!11!1111one

This card does stuff, and I'm leaving it at that.

This card is more effective than just in BA, essentially any deck that needs to put a specific 2-4 on the board with a card the can spare would run this guy. Hell dude this could make Kozmo scarier, pitch a whatever and bam you could drop a witch or tincan no prob, on a non-meta note, rogue decks would love this guy to set up, especially is they have a way to dodge the banish which some decks just might

funking hell... What is wrong with me...

I originally had it negate the Summoned monster's effect, but immediately went back rework the 'banish the monster' part- Somewhere along the line I had also unintentionally removed the "summoned monster's effect is negated"-clause.

(I love how I only notice this, the day after I posted it)

Regardless, it now has that as part of it's effect... Again.

Card wasn't exactly meant to outright replace Summoner Monk, but be another card that's similar to it.
