Silencerleader
Grim Reaper's Tourhttp://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Grim_Reaper%27s_TourVery good...if you get a heads, but you practically lose if its tails.Three on your field would be nice...buts thats just me. What do you think about it? Good? Bad? Or you could care less about this than Kuriboh?

Umbra
Three on your field would be nice. I don't think it stacks. Three just increases the chance of failure from 1/2 to 7/8.
Master Hyperion
This combo's well with Zombies, since they are mostly Special Summoned. Otherwise, it's too risky to play this card. I don't want to waste a Normal Summon if I accidently get it wrong.
maccamaster
The card is good but did u make it? and if you did can u make an english version please
pizzaman
Gamble cards (apart from Six Sense brucewillisisactuallydead) are never a good option... plus, it doesn't stop special summoning. So yeah, DAD (and Dragoon in the OCG) can still hit the field. On the other hand, this fits perfectly in a Satorius fan deck.

YOU are crazy.

YOU are crazy.By "Summon", it means only Normal Summon and Flip Summon. The wikia is vague on this, but the Japanese text clearly states 「召喚・反転召喚する事ができない」, and 召喚=summon (normal summon in face-up attack), while 反転召喚=flip summon. You can still set monsters or special summon.

Umbra
There's one thing you could say about this card, though. The artwork ROCKS!
Cyber Altair
risky, but SEXY art.
Silencerleader
The card is good but did u make it? and if you did can u make an english version please Its real. It reads:During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, toss a coin. Depending on the result apply one of the following effects.● Heads: Your opponent cannot Summon a monster this turn.● Tails: You cannot Summon a monster during your next turn. Phantom Roxas
Pretty risky card. Only add it if you are sure it'll get a heads over 75% of the time.
wilson91
It's not worth it. You will top deck this, set it, opponents turn, lands on tails, survive their turn, draw monster, cannot play monster, pwned.

Static
Not even risky, because who normal summons (relys on) anymore? Not Top Tier decks.
Wyhe
on 1 hand,it is goddamn risky.while on the other hand,it may win you the game.
pizzaman
so how the heck is this card risky? You can still Set monsters if you fail the toss, or you know, special summon.
The Warrior of Hope
Don't use this card if rely on Normal Summoning or Flip Summoning monsters. Running 3 of this card is not nessessary, as it is a Continuous Trap card, and if you get a head or tail in the coin toss, the other copies of this card will not be needed, as this card's effect affects the turn player once per turn (3 of this card cannot stack at the same time.)
