Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; target 1 Xyz Monster you control: inflict 500 points to your opponent for each Xyz Material attached to the targeted monster.

Overlay Guardna's basically worse Gachi Gachi. It does have more def, but that doesn't mean anything in the current metagame. I'd rather use Gachi for its boost to all your monsters.

Blaster's burn is extremely minor. It may be some use with monsters that rack up a lot of xyz materials, like Magnus or Barian Hope, but those decks don't summon rank 2s. And the first effect should not have a colon, since it's continuous.

Dopple Dude's really good. Major boost to rank 2 decks.

Overlay Charger takes up your normal summon and is an awkward level if you splash it in other decks, but it's better than any other card you might use to attach additional materials. 

It'd be better if you made some actual support for this theme, because in it's current state, it barely works together, certainly not well enough to build a deck around.
