Sion's School of Misfit SPPs [Main School, IC]

Hello, fine peoples!  Welcome to Sion's School of Misfit SPPs!

“And that is the situation we find ourselves in.  Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.”  Orata said, her voice able to captivate even the most inattentive of students.  “However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school.  All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon.  Until then, you are dismissed!”

Orata stepped back from the podium as the students began heading out of the school’s main auditorium.  Some students were taking the morning’s free time to head back to their rooms and relax.  Some students milled around the auditorium talking with friends.  Some headed outside to enjoy the day.  Despite the ominous news they had just heard, no one seemed to mind so much.  No one had seen the headmaster all that often and he was a powerful SPP.  Wherever he was, he would be likely to return in a couple days anyway.

Hanging on the back wall of the dome-ceilinged auditorium there was a digital black board that scrolled through articles showing events in the school and missions that the students could take part in to gain real SPP experience and earn some extra Credits.

“And that is the situation we find ourselves in.  Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.” The lady had finished, making sure everyone heard that last line, especially those who were in the back like Konda was. To be frank, Konda wasn't paying much attention - rather, he was doodling on his notebook again as she rambled on, only really coming back into focus near the end of the speech. “However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school.  All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon.  Until then, you are dismissed!” Everyone started getting out of their chairs as she stepped down the stadium. Konda had packed up all of the things that were scattered across his desk - his pencils, pens, eraser, and notebooks - into his backpack and started to head out to go to his room, attempting to avoid any interactions.

“And that is the situation we find ourselves in.  Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.” Orata had just finished explaining the situation. Apparently, Sion had gone missing, alongside a lot of the staff. To make matters worse, someone was vandalizing the school. Whatever was going on, it all seemed a bit mysterious “However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school.  All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon.  Until then, you are dismissed!” Hamasaki got up, gathering all of his things neatly, before heading out to the auditorium alongside a group of other students. He wanted to find out more about what was going on. That, and he wanted to visit the billboard that was behind the auditorium - maybe he could get more information from there.

"And that is the situation we find ourselves in. Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.”

A reward? Is she serious, no one ever sees sion, if I was her I'd be more worried about the teachers that have gone missing, not that I am.

“However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school. All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon. Until then, you are dismissed!”

Alex got up and put a piece of gum in his mouth to chew, and not knowing what to do, went to the back of the auditorium to see if there was something on.

Final Fantasy VII OST: Anxious Heart

“And that is the situation we find ourselves in." Aurora Steele found herself listening to Orata's speech, since she was here at assembly like most everyone else, "Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.”

Incidentally, Aurora found herself rather saddened by the news. Sion, the headmaster of the school, was still nowhere to be found, and many of the teachers had vanished as well. And on top of that, the school that she loved very much had been vandalized... most likely by outsiders who wanted to gimp the school's chances of doing well in this upcoming Galactic Challenge on Durma like it did last time. Aurora sunk her head low, sighing in disbelief. However...

“However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school. All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon. Until then, you are dismissed!” no doubt this had got Aurora fired up again. She never did like taking classes, not one bit.

"Aaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwe! Fooey fooey fooey fooey FOOEY!!" stamping her feet on the floor this entire time, Aurora continued doing so until everyone else had left, before realizing she'd better follow suit, "Hmm... Oh right, I should probably tell her the horrible news! Hope she's well enough to answer the phone."

With that, she withdrew her phone from her skirt pocket and speed-dialed the first number that came to her head.

“And that is the situation we find ourselves in.  Again, any students who can give any information on the whereabouts of the Headmaster will be rewarded.”  "Well, that seems doable! A reward would be nice, but i wonder what kind of reward it would be..." “However, this does not change anything regarding the daily goings-on of our school.  All classes will begin as usual starting this afternoon.  Until then, you are dismissed!” "Good, I didn't JUST finish my homework for nothing..." She thought as she started packing her books and pencil case back into her flowery backpack. She decided to finish her history homework during the speech, since she was busy with binge watching an entire anime series. She got out the auditorium a bit after the majority of the crowd left, to avoid bumping into people and awkward moments.

Akisame decided to stay in the school's backyard and enjoy the warm sun. She watched the students walk around and talk as she sat on the green grass. "What a great day!"

Orata watched the students as they left the hall.  Most seemed fairly relaxed, but the auras of certain students were overly worried.  "I wonder if anyone really comprehends how serious this is..." Orata murmured.

The screen in the back of the room, off while Orata had been speaking, had sprung back into life and was now scrolling through the half-day class schedule starting that afternoon.  The missions tab, off to the far left of the screen, had surprisingly few missions available.  It was usually full with at least fifty different missions daily, though today it was barely over twenty.

Outside, the ocean wind blew through the palms and the day was nearly cloudless.  Some students had abandoned their shoes on the nearby path and were starting a game of four-way soccer.  Others took the time to lay out in the sun and talk, while still others had brought out books and were reading comfortably.  Even Orata came outside after ceasing her brooding.

~~~~~
"Sir we have visual on the temporary Headmistress.  Teoni "Orata" Hajjar."
"Good..."  a gruff voice said.
"She is surrounded by students though, should we...?"
"The woman has been very cautious since Sion's disappearance.  She won't ever be as exposed as she is right now.  We do this now."  The voice commanded.
"Yes sir!"
Several thin men with four arms fiddled with the dials and switches of the submarine, maneuvering it until it was as near the shore of the island as it could get.
"Captain, we are right at the shoreline."
"It's time..."  The Captain rose from his seat.  "Aqqi, keep the water from entering the vessel.  I'm going up."
Above the Captain, a door in the sub opened.  Although there was water surrounding the sub, not one drop entered through the opening.  Aqqi, one of the four-armed men, looked as though he were straining to lift something.  The captain jumped and grabbed the opening, shoving his snout and tusks out of the submarine and into the salty ocean.  Pulling the rest of his huge body through the opening, he kicked the sub door closed and swam to the surface.  He was, as his men had told him, "right" at the shoreline... a solid quarter-mile away.  The captain smiled, and lifted his arms.  A second later, a solid mass of salt began lifting him from the water and catapulted him towards the island.
It was the students playing soccer that first saw the massive warthog-masked man flying through the air.  They began shouting and running back towards the school building until the Captain pointed a finger at them.  What looked like a tentacle of salt rose from the ocean and flew at the students, cutting through clothes and skin with equal ferocity.  The Captain landed on the shore and roared savagely, beady eyes immediately seeking out Orata.
[spoiler=The Captain Info]SPP Name: Unknown
Physical Description: Seems to be a warthog/human hybrid. Face of a warthog, body of a man. Has many patches of mud-brown hair including on his bare chest, his elbows and his calves.
SPP Ability: Appears to control salt and manipulate objects with a high salt content. Yes, that includes overly-prideful DN players.  :Kappa:
"Hrmmm..." Aurora was no doubt dismayed that she couldn't get her best friend on the phone, but continued on with her schooling nonetheless... much to her grief. Getting to play a game of soccer was nice though... while it lasted. Aurora loved kicking balls around, but always had a habit of forgetting how strong she was from a physical standpoint; and as such, soccer balls would always end up miles away from where they started. Today started off as no exception but, on her way back from being told to go get it, Aurora stumbled upon somewhat of a bloodbath. And then she found a being that didn't belong.
"PIGGYYYYYYYYYYYY!!" squeeing in excitement over a new arrival, Aurora dropped the ball and ran over to see the new arrival at hand, "Hi there, Mr. Piggy. Welcome to our humble home. My name is Aurora. Come on in, and have a seat on the couch... if you can find what's left of it, ya nump!"
Aurora puffed her cheeks just after she said this, but then immediately she realized that her brain hadn't clicked onto a certain something yet. It wasn't the fact that she should've ran in the other direction; even if this big, manly looking warthog person that stood before her was supposed to be as intimidating as he looked to be, Aurora would still stand her ground despite that fact. Nope, it was something else that the girl felt was amiss.
"Wait, hang on..." Aurora said in a confused tone, before suddenly asking the warthog man something, "Should I even be calling you Mr. Piggy? What's your name?"
Akisame was relaxing under the tree's shade, looking at the students playing football, when suddenly the unthinkable decided to happen.
A huge tentacle like formation of what looked like salt suddenly appeared injuring many of the football players. "Holy macaroni!" Akisame thought as she hid behind the tree, hoping to not be noticed by the pig-human that decided to attack the school. She wanted to hide behind there until he decided to go away from the area, but someone decided to interrupt that.
"Hi there, Mr. Piggy. Welcome to our humble home. My name is Aurora. Come on in, and have a seat on the couch... if you can find what's left of it, ya nump!"
"AURORA! What's gotten in your head?! Come!" Akisame shouted as she ran towards the big breasted girl and tried to drag her inside. She was too heavy. Akisame didn't talk with Aurora very much, but she was known around for two... well three, things. Her stupidity and her two bowling spheres attached to her chest. "Just get inside! There's food!" Maybe that would convince her to get inside to safety.
Meanwhile she decided to try to prepare for the situation, and no other place was better to prepare for battle than her room! "To the Atelier!"
----------------------------
Akisame's "Atelier"
--------------------
"Ok, think, think, think, think... How can i stop that pig from turning the entire school into minced meat? The whip thing looked like salt, so if that theory is right then he must be taking it from the sea! I'll just have to cut off his source of power... but i can't make the sea disappear!" Akisame said to herself as she sat down on her chair looking at her "alchemy" set sitting on the wooden desk. "All powers have a certain maximum range they can reach.. What if i just freeze the nearby coast!? That might work! Okay, time to get to work!"
Akisame started pouring two at a time blue tinted liquids and various kinds of ice, and started mixing it. From the dubious mixture came out a bright blue liquid that filled the little bubble shaped bottle it was in with white smoke. The bottle was freezing to the touch. She put the few bottles of this in her bag and stormed out of her room.
"Akisame, modern world alchemist is ready to attack!"
Konda was sitting on his desk, browsing image boards and forums while blasting music through his headphones. Tossing himself back on his chair, he held a figma on his hand and let out a sigh. For some reason he couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to the headmasters disappearance. He focused his attention to the figma on his hand when he noticed something...strange from outside his window. There were a lot of people running away from something, terror striking their faces. What could they be running from? Konda decided to play it cool and just hang out in his room - whatever it was, there were probably others already there handling the situation. After all, they were all SPP - someone should be handling it, right? At least that's what he told himself, as he returned to his computer, a wave of nervousness washing over him.
Hamasaki Yodo
While he was headed towards the auditorium, one of his fellow student had bumped into him, apparently in a hurry. "Hey-" before he could curse out the rude ruffian, he noticed an expression of terror over his face. He also noticed that his sport jersey had been slightly ripped, and that his knees were bruised. Before he could ask him what had happened, the boy had run off - a distant "Sorry" could be heard in between pants. Whatever did that, it couldn't be pretty. Without hesitating, Hamasaki ran off towards where the boy was running away, which seemed to be the beach.
. . .
When he reached the beach, things were much worse than he had thought. Students were laying on the ground, bleeding - luckily, no one had died as far as he could tell. The assailant seemed to be some sort of pigman - his disgusting, beady eyes aimed straight at the school. Hamasaki also noticed that another student was confronting the pigman while another one seemed to be running back to the school. "Should I even be calling you Mr. Piggy? What's your name?" Hamasaki wasn't completely sure if the girl was very brave or very dumb. Either way, he doubt that she could take on someone who knocked out a bunch of students alone. Clenching his fist, he rushed next to the girl with the large breasts.
After an incident with the bubble gum and a student that had seemed in a panic, Alex had offered to get something to wipe it up with and made his way to the closest toilets, witch of course were near the door to the beach, and while passing by it Alex spotted the Pig-man, remembering what the student said,
"I'm So so sorry, there was this pigman, at the beach and...And that was where Alex cut the kid off, at least now he knew what his was talking about. And with that knowledge Alex went to the group surrounding the pig, knowing they would fight it, saw he wanted to see what he wanted without it, but if worst comes to worst, they wouldn't be able to handle it on their own... just his luck.
Despite his intimidating entrance, it seemed there were some students who were too stupid to know to get out of his way.  I guess I know why this place is a school for MISFIT SPPs the Captain thought.  Well, he wasn't opposed to throwing a few more students around if it would get Orata to show her face sooner...
Trying his best to ignore the bust size of the first girl, the Captain charged at the assembled students.  One hit was all he'd need.  His movements were slowed as each of his steps sunk into the loose sand.  He raised his right arm as he ran, exposing the fingernails of his meaty hand which had been filed to deadly points.  At every step, salt filled his footprints... a backup in case these students actually knew how to pose a threat.
