WurWulf
Ricochet Normal Trap When a opponent activates a spell/trap that targets a monster/spell/trap in your graveyard/hand/deck/field: activate the effect on one of his monster /spell/trap in your graveyard/hand/deck/field. (A little help wording it.)
Progenitor
When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card that targets a card in your possession: Change the target of that effect to an appropriate card in your opponent's possession. I mean, this is already pretty much a thing:

Flash Flyer - Sakura
That, and Cain only works on the field; this one supposedly hits the Graveyard and field though. But yeah, this card is pretty much that in Trap form that hits other stuff. (Oh right, and Refpanel to an extent) Nothing really much to say other that it slightly outclasses Cain in terms of reach, but isn't as versatile in some aspects. Progenitor
The thing is Cairn doesn't take up main deck space, and it's already a pretty mediocre extra deck tech. TBH, while I don't personally think it would be enough, making this a Counter Trap rather than a Normal Trap would do it much, much better. Speed Spell 3 means it can potentially interrupt some shenanigans due to your opponent not being able to respond to it. Or maybe something like:[...]: choose 1 of those effects; Change the target of that effect to an [...]So that you can ensure it can hit things you want it to hit, even if it was multiple mandatory triggers that all target. Trebuchet MS
So, yeah, I need to probe a little harder to determine what is supposed to happen in certain situations. Does this change the target? For cards that specifically target cards on certain sides of the field, (e.g. "1 monster your opponent controls") this card is prone to blanking out because everything that's not on the correct end of the field will be an illegal target. Do you instead copy the effect, with the effect now activating from your perspective and thus allowing you to reflect side-specific effects? If you do so, do you have to pay any costs associated with the effect? Does the original effect resolve properly? You cannot target cards in hand or Deck, so about half the areas specified in the card text is absolutely invalid.
