This actually allows you to play the banished Spells, which is significant because it re-opens their Graveyard utility.

 

Galaxy Cyclone, Gospel of Revival and Shuffle Reborn are a few that pay for themselves + have a Grave effect.

 

There's also some pretty cool archetypal options for this card. Monarchs + Speedroids were brought up but there's also: Koaki Mieru (Diamond Core), Cardians, Cubics, Nekroz, and Cyber Angels.

I could see this card getting limited easily, but as for utilities, there's also pot of benevolence, kaiju slumber, the lunalight perfume spell. fusion substitute, the saffira spell, two of the RR RUMs, and the infernoid quick play. and with the advent of the banishing MST coming out, every continuous spell in the game.

One of it's advantages is that it includes your Opponent's Spell too, which can be used as an advantage, and especially Speed Recovery sings for this

completely missed that. yep, if it were released as is, it would be banned shortly after. caius abuse would find a way to ensure as much.
