The targeted monster cannot activate its effects in response to the activation of this effect. * During either players turn, when your opponent activates a card effect that would either target or destroy cards(s) you control: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation of that card and banish it. When this card leaves the field: you can Special Summon 1 "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" from your graveyard to your side of the field.
