Eyes Photon Dragon)
You can post the cards in written or picture form. Id prefer created cards please.

Pendulum Effect (Scales 5/5): Whenever you Normal Summon a Thunder-type monster, you can banish 1 card from either player's graveyard, then apply the following effect, depending on the type of card banished:

-Trap: All Thunder-type monster you control gain 500 ATK and DEF

-Spell: Neither player can activate cards with the same name as the banished card while this card is in the Pendulum Zone.

-Monster: Destroy 1 card on your side of the field; draw 1 card.

Monster Effect: If this card is face-up in your Extra Deck: you can return 2 face-up Thunder-type monsters on your side of the field to hand; Special Summon this card. During your end phase, draw cards equal to the number of DARK Thunder-types you control -1. When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card(whether by battle or card effect): Add 1 DARK Thunder-type monster from your deck to hand. You can only Special Summon 1 "Fear Storm Prime" per turn.
