Revival by every Normal Monster returner under the sun (plus Recurring Nightmare!!) CHECK!! Can Special Summon on an empty field?? (Yes, susceptible to destruction beforehand, but really, who's wasting a kill-spell on a vanilla without EYES in its name?) Hellooo, R4NK shenanigans!! And best of all, a non-targeting ATK softener in the zone that in NO WAY hampers its Special Summon. And is permanent. And whose only requirement is banishing 1 card in from your Graveyard. Like, I'm not sure why we don't just make this the new stable Pendulum. Eccentrick can hike off. Seriously, this card is good, especially for what it opens up. Fire Kings could benefit, Dracopals can benefit, Normal decks can benefit, EVEN KOZMOS COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS! Banishing fits right in with them! And if you think they're saying to to a free Summon, especially when it can go toward a Darklady, Walker, or Sliprider.... Seriously, I almost never give vanilla this high a ranking but this one deserves it. 9.5. The literal only way this card becomes better is cosmetic, and I never dock for that. Good work.
