It's basically a (recyclable) Pot of Greed on a 2.6k body; not really much to say about it. At present, only 3-mat R4 decks that I can think of at this time are likely HEROs and maybe 'tellars. With that in mind, once it detaches all its mats, it's basically a Vanilla. While I get that you'd want to recycle this card for more draws, I really don't think people will want to keep remaking this card over things like Delteros/Triverr, etc (or really, any of the general 2 mat R4s that offer more utility in the long run).

 

As much as I'd like to suggest making it a 2-mat thing (and lowering its ATK a bit), we've gotten far too many Decks that can abuse it without a second thought. But yet, as-is, it's just a draw card and nothing more.

What, you thought I WASN'T gonna talk about this new bit of Wyrm Support?! (Seriously, those monsters need more love.) 

 

Alright let's see. Pot of Greed effect upon Summoning, so Cyber Seraphs have a new thing to go into. Good, without being abuse-worthy. 

 

2600 ATK so it can go up against some midtier monsters-but with no protection, its only 1 Bank Destroyer or IGNISTER from being bounced. Meh City awaits.

 

But wait, what's THIS-it can bounce itself back to the Extra Deck for more shenanigans?! All it takes is a discard (okay, biting into the whole +2 mechanic this Wyrm's made to fuel, but fine) after its...destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.

 

Hell of a big if you're taking with this last effect, especially since it does nothing but let you draw. 

 

Its like trading to trade-most people with that many resources on the board to bring out Varunia already have the tools for an advantage and are looking to execute. This serpent reads as a means to a strategy, rather than an end, when Xyz Summoning,,,well, really, ANY 3 Xyz Material monsters...is supposed to be the end.

 

Card's great as always-reusable Pot of Greed effects hold a special place in my heart-but I'd do something to let this go into a heavier hitter. Like bump up its Rank by up to 3 for the turn along with the draw, since you're dropping 3 Materials for it, so it can go into, say, Full Armor Crystal Zero and pwn face. (It is WATER, after all-and Crystal Zero is SO underused for its versatility.) So now you have an option to bridge into bigger Xyzs, or reuse it. SYNERGY!
