Dad
I read about this. What does he think will happen? A spider-man from the Philippines will show up? I hope no civilians get hurt because of this.
Snatch Steal
This seems really good on paper, but in practice, I think people will inevitably twist the law into their favor, or at least try. They could frame someone with drugs, beat the sheet out of them, and the court will just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ....also, the guy is a psychopathic rape advocate. I don't like this "strongman" profile Putin and Trump are creating one bit.
Ryusei the Morning Star
I don't like this "strongman" profile Putin and Trump are creating one bit.Why not? Most of us don't like this "weakman" profile Obama is creating one bit. That being said, this dude is pretty crude even by those two's standards. But it'll be nice if we get a brown skinned spiderman for a change 3 white dudes, wheres the diversity?
Christian Exodia
I read about this. What does he think will happen? A spider-man from the Philippines will show up? I hope no civilians get hurt because of this. Some guy with a penchant for murder could very well show up and start killing them because he now has the ability to justify murder of drug dealers. This is entirely speculation though. But, with all wild goose chases like these, civilians can and will get hurt... just as they always have. ♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
This issue could end up pretty bad, even if it gives liberty to all civilians, people will tend to shoot "bad guys" to wipe them off the streets, which isn't essentially the best way to get rid of them, since all of them are humans too, at the very least.... Vigilante almost always ends up "unjust", and almost always defies human rights, since the crowd will usually do what they please to decimate the criminal, including burning them, drowning them, or many others..... But, these vigilante could provide a more efficient way to dispose of those drug dealers, which destroys the future of many others, in conclusion, "Justice cannot be embodied without sacrifices"
vla1ne
this man is vicious. i can respect that in a leader. especially considering the Philippines isn't exactly safe right now. i see where he's coming from, and his new rule will ensure that criminals think twice about committing crimes in public areas. but he's also crass, and not too far above the people he claims to be against. that i cannot respect. he's supposed to be the leader, he's got to take a bit of time to sit down and ensure that his plans are airtight. the way he's going right now, his declaration is liable to get more than a few innocent people killed in the crossfire. but you have to ask, if the innocent people of the Philippines really are willing to die to get their country on the right track, and if he's made it into power with such declarations out in the open, then is he really going against the will of the people with his words?
