While this card is face-up, its Rank is becomes its Level. Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 monster from your graveyard that has a Level, then, this cards Level becomes equal to the summoned monsters Level. The monster summoned by this effect has its effects negated and its ATK and DEF become 0. If this card is used as a Xyz Material for a Xyz Monster: all Xyz Materials attached to this card are attached to the summoned Xyz Monster. This card cannot be used as a Xyz Material for "Xyz Revolutionary".

Well, it's great for beefing up your Xyz Monsters. The only concern I have regarding it is what happens if you use this guy to special summon another Xyz Revolutionary, and then use that one to summon another, and then summon a monster like Battlin Boxer Lead Yoke, who would at that point be indestructable a half-dozen times over, and capable of an ATK value that could topple an Egyptian God. Maybe limit what it can be used as Material for?

YOU DID IT. YOU FIGURED IT OUT. THE QUESTION WE ALL ASKED SINCE 2011.

 

As a rank 4, this is pretty darn easy to summon, so you can CXyz into, say, Rhongomyniad with an extra mat or Silent Honor ARK. You could say "cannot activate its effects" if you want, but some effects, like Majesty's Fiend's (although it can't be SSed), aren't activated, but some things can activate, pay cost, but are still negated, like Card Trooper.

 

Basically, any Xyz monster would benefit from this, as would the player if they can make it easily enough. Considering Dracopals, Igknights and whatnot, this can be made quite easily for an Xyz Summon into something like Emeral, who can summon back a Normal Monster used for its Xyz Summon and just exist for 1800 or the one guy who outs Kozmo and Monarch and every boss monster.
