Monster Effect:During your Main Phase: You can place this card in an empty Pendulum Zone. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster in your Graveyard; gain Life Points equal to its ATK.

A Pendulum. That removes. Other Spells/Traps. Without targeting. 

 

If you're currently wondering, that high-pitched whine is coming from the mouths of every Kaiju, Gravekeeper, and Call of Duty WAT WAT Card of Demise-having Deck in response to this sprite. Twin Twisters is only a year old an' you're already trying to make it obsolete. Don't know whether to build you a statue or an effigy pyre.

 

Then the normal effect allows you to spin this into Pendulum Zone and gain MORE Life? My goodness, hope this isn't a Light Fairy or else those Aromages and Counter Fairies could probably make some epic plays off of this card bouncing wonder-OH WAIT THEY CAN. 

 

And being a Pendulum, our old friend Luster/Master Pendulum could empty this into  the Extra Deck-in Luster's case, FOR ANOTHER ONE. Which can do this whole thing again, since this effect only applies to each COPY. And Pend-Summon the one you scrapped since Benevolent Broken-Ass Butterfly Sprite is BOTH Scale 6 and Level 5.

 

Smacking a base 1000 ATK onto her Level 5 body though? Limiting. But only in the same way eating vanilla ice cream on a bar of PURE GOLD is limiting.

You didn't read that correctly. It in fact DOES target.

Twin Twisters is only a year old an' you're already trying to make it obsolete.

Well, unless you have Masked HERO - Dark Law or Grave-triggering, Twin Twisters isn't that good. And certainly not against Pendulum.

Saw your take. Apologies on missing the targeting part of the Spell/Trap bouncing effect. But there are so many things that Pendulum effect WILL bounce that's often crucial and can't be destroyed, whether cause of inability or hand/Graveyard advantage-Necrovalley, Kozmotown, Kyoutou Waterfront, (notice how many Field Spells I'm namedropping here) and even Breakthrough Skill (yes, people still use that even with Solemn and Fogblade around, its a shock to me too.)

 

And the synergy with Aromages, Dracopends and Counter Fairies are why I gave it that high rating. Many people don't quite get how non-Grave removal is powerful, check IGNISTER for what I mean. 

 

I'm upping the score for Beautiful Butterfly Sprite (see, ain't totally blind yet, I can get that rite damn it) to 8.5/10 for my faux pas. And I look forward to seeing more of your singles in action. Spoon was a cardmaker who's long and gone and did this too-nice to see the trend continue in you.

It's okay. It's really with non-targeting with monsters that I'm not lenient (for example, Majespecter Unicorn).
