Alright, before I release this card, cause I know this can easily get lost in translation and cut off the OMG BROKEN ALERT rings though this forum...
 
A card cost is usually the meat between the sandwich of colons that often make up a Chain-starting effect: in short, what is needed to be done to activate the card effect, not the conditions which need to be met for the card to activate in the first place; these two stages are crucial to understand what differentiates a cost from a condition. Just ask Guiding Ariadne.
 
So. MST counts, Twin Twisters (discard a card) doesn't. Galaxy Cyclone counts, Cosmic Cyclone (pay a stack) doesn't. 99% of all Trap Holes count, Chaos Trap Hole (pay TWO stacks) doesn't, yaddayaddayadda you get the pic, that'll be 5.99 plus tax.

Quick-Play Spell Card
 
Lore: When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect that does not require a cost is activated, except "Divine Impression": Negate that activation, and if you do, if that card's effect would destroy a card(s) on the field, banish that card, also draw 1 card.

properly proportioned Divine Impression and fixed up the rarity visibility a tad-now at least you know its a ship.

 

I hope you've read the section rules, but this has nothing to do with its interactions with other cards in this game. If you want to talk about holo effects / picture, do it in Showcase, but in Custom Cards, talk about the card's design. 

 

But yeah, this pretty much negates quite a bit of stuff; also tells stuff like Sliprider/Destroyer "screw you" by banishing them and you netting a card off of it; or really, Raigeki and other things. Or in actuality, this is kind of like Solemn Judgment in a way, except slower by Spell Speeds, doesn't destroy in some cases and can't hit certain cards (pretty much most Xyz Monsters, as they require a detach and stuff like the above), but it's free. I suppose it'd be useful for knocking off some backrow and a few others.

 

As-is, it should be fine, although slightly skeptical about it being an admittedly weaker Judgment in some regards.

My bad-its a (bad) habit I picked up from DeviArt, where I try to go into detail about any changes I make in a card. The edit feature felt a bit vague and I don't wanna mislead anybody on the stuff I work so hard on. I meant no ill will.

 

And as for being a weaker Solemn - well, that can be said of the other three two Solemn cards as well, and people still use 'em. This is just so people have an answer to those Trap Hole bombs in the common day...like MBAAS was to the destruction-heavy format of its day.
