Master Hyperion
Priority SummoningContinuous Trap CardIf you Summon an Effect Monster and you have not activated its effect, and either player activates a card or card effect to that monster's Summon: You can activate this effect; Activate the effect of the Summoned monster, and treat the activated effect as it was Chained to this card effect. Both players cannot activate card or card effects in response to this effect's activation. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard; Add 1 "Priority Summoning" from your Deck to your hand.

It's a nice thought, but it sounds a bit convoluted.
Trebuchet MS
So is this essentially a Trap Card that prevents your opponent from activating cards in response to your monsters? This card is supposed to mimic that - allowing a card to get away with an Ignition effect as if it were an on-Summon Trigger effect. The result will involve reducing the strength of Summon responses like the Trap Holes and bring greater emphasis to negation of Summons. I can't say that I approve of the idea behind this card, though. I was one of those types of players who approved of the revocation of Ignition priority.
