Armed Dragon:

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 Dragon-Type monster, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can Discard 1 monster card: Destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster with ATK less then or equal to this card's current ATK. If this card is destroyed by battle, or if this card in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Armed Dragon" monster from your hand or Deck, except "Armed Dragon", ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Talon:

Activate by targeting 1 monster in your Graveyard while you control a face-up "Armed Dragon" monster. Until the End Phase, All face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose ATK and DEF equal to the ATK of the target in your Graveyard. Then, add the target from the Graveyard to your hand. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Armed Dragon" monster from your Deck to your hand.

The effect isn't as good as the Silent duo's Spell negating effect but I see where you were going with it. Special Summoning DAD from hand or Deck?????? Sign me up!

Just going to inform you that your reply is on the short end under the Advanced Clause for multiples (if Armz only made one card, you would probably be fine). That in mind, if Armz should fix anything or there's something in particular you like, explain it in detail. Or yeah, even the second card (it appears you only graded the monster).

Armed Dragon is heavily reliant on the opponent actually having a full board that this can absorb ATK from, but in the current game, opponent's likely going to have enough monsters to push this into sizable range to blow things up. But yeah, this'll make getting out stuff like Armed Dragon LV7 or even 10 if you want to go there. Like the above mentioned, Dark Armed is also an option; suppose if Chaos Dragons become relevant again [if they aren't right now], this might be worth considering to an extent.

 

Talon at least softens stuff up so 5 / 7 and even this card can destroy more targets (or least not have to ditch stronger monsters to blow things up) or just attack them to damage them even further. Oh wait, you can recycle the targeted monster too; considering that they can't level up from the Graveyard, at least you'll have things ready to go if Armed gets destroyed.

 

To be fair, I kinda liked Armed Dragon's evolutionary line; this at least gives it some needed help.
