Oh boy! Venom support! Let me at it!

Dubois is pretty fine, as it picks up or recycles Venom Swamp that the whole archetype is super dependent on.

Taipan looks a little bit weak since it's an on-NS ability that pulls out the other counter-distributors. Because you've already used your NS to pull something else out you can't Tribute them immediately for Vennominon. Doesn't help that it's also non-venomous. Maybe you can pull up Dubois to use Venom Swamp but you're still left with 2 monsters that are under 1000/1000 asking to get rolled over. Unless you're banking on Damage = Reptile.

Krait is a better version of Snake and Serpent. Not by much but the added SS ability and self-protection, combined with its ability to still be able to attack after injecting is still decent.

Tiger has great stats which the rest of the archetype was severely lacking. Injecting on Summon lets it go to town on anything under 2300 ATK. It's not flashy, but still efficient enough. I like it.

Anaconda lends great muscle to the Venoms, but my worry is the sudden need to run Polymerization for it. Injecting everything at once, followed with going berserk on them, is a recipe for a wipeout, even without Venom Swamp.

Venom Hydra has some text flaws. Let me see...

When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can send 1 "Venom" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; attach place a number of Venom Counters on the targeted  monster that target equal to the Level of the "Venom" monster that was sent to the Graveyard by this cards effect. When this card destroys a monster as a result of by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon up to 3 Level 4 or lower "Venom" monsters from your Graveyard to your side of the field.

3 Venom monsters is a pretty heavy investment, but this has some great payout. 4 to 5 Venom Counters (but seriously, who runs Venom Boa now?) means 2000-2500 ATK decrease, instantly killing any midboss-tier monster with Swamp or weakening something to the point where you can slug it in the face. The problem is that after this burst of Counters you can't get anything as impressive anymore, so it's not as much of a wow as Anaconda. In fact, I'd preferably run Anaconda over this card. With the last effect, however, you can do some clever tricks with Offerings to the Snake Deity, creating some hell of a swing in card advantage.

Okay, my concerns about Polymerization are alleviated since Dubois can search this card. I presume this will still trigger several Venom monsters' on-Summon effects, but I am uncertain if it will happen if the Special Summon happens in the middle of a card resolving. It makes Hydra easy to Summon, but banishing the monsters involved also means you can't get them back with Hydra's final effect. Nonbo combo.

Venom Infection is cool if you have Venom Swamp already, but otherwise feels a little unneeded. The only other monster that can synergize with Venom Counters without needing Venom Swamp is Anaconda, and the monster itself already spreads this card's effect without consuming resources.

Venom Storm is cool but scales poorly. On average you'd see a single monster with 1 to 3 Venom Counters. 4 or more and they're either already dead or easily killed anyway. The only way you can accumulate 7 or more is if you abuse something like Ojama Trio because monsters with 0 ATK are immune to the effects of Venom Swamp. I would instead change the parameters to 1-5-10 which is a little easier to see and accomplish.

Venom Burning is terrible, doing an insignificant amount of damage. I have no idea why I would run it.

Venom Pain is good, reducing the archetype's dependency on Swamp while also being able to further amplify Swamp's effects.

What I would like to see is more LV4 Venom monsters with decent stats, for two purposes - making up for the archetype's frail monsters without Venom Swamp, and to give more material to make King of the Feral Imps (because that guy is the boss in Reptile Decks). At least, what you've made gives Venoms another form of play without the need to focus on Vennominaga.
