Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild?

It's really hard to choose.

In Oblivion, they were both epic.

In Skyrim, they were both... acceptable. Thieves guild might be better because of:

A: Nightingale Armor

B: Secret "achievements" in the form of a special item in each quest to give to Delvin

C: Nocturnal

Meanwhile, Dark Brotherhood has flaws that stand out more than in the Thieves Guild.

A: Poor voice acting. (Namely Night Mother and Babet)

B: An unoriginal storyline (Dark Brotherhood has a traitor AGAIN, you have to start your family over AGAIN...)

C: No significant benefit for completing it.

Dark Brotherhood, easily. I enjoy the stealth game but I'm not so fond of the stealing aspect. The Dark Brotherhood allows me to stealth but put it to more practical use by killing things, and getting the greater power to summon Lucien Lachance's ghost plus the free horse is a nice incentive. It also allows for easy infinite enchanting practice if you have the Black Star and sufficient conjuration skill, that actually pays you to do it. For somebody who enjoys both the magic and stealth aspects of Skyrim, I'd suggest the Dark Brotherhood without a second thought.

I used a crafting exploit and got like 2183471983741834 stealth (literally, because the exploit increases your stats exponentially) so I just walked up to people in broad daylight and killed stabbed them from the front and that was cooler than stealing.

Speaking strictly about Skyrim I pick the Dark Brotherhood. It's more fun to go around killing people than it is to just steal. Plus the actual faction storyline is better(which is not saying much because this is Skyrim).

As for Morrowind I haven't even done a single quest for the Thieves Guild yet. Dunno if I can even join the DB.
