(2) If this Set card you control is destroyed by an opponent’s card effect while you have a face-up “Abyss Actor” Pendulum Monster(s) in your Extra Deck:  Add up to 2  “Abyss Actor” Monster and/or “Abyss Script” Spell Cards from your Deck to your hand (Up to 1 card with the same name)

Pendulum Effect:

Monster Effect:

You can only use the (2) effect of “Abyss Actor – Wild Hope” once per turn.

(1) Once per turn: You can make this card gain 100 ATK for each “Abyss Actor” monster with different names you currently control, until the end of this turn.

(2) When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can add 1 “Abyss Actor” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Abyss Actor – Wild Hope”.

You can only activate 1 “Entering the Abyss Actors’ Dressing Room” once per turn.

(1) If there are 2 “Abyss Actor” cards in your Pendulum Zone: Add 2 “Abyss Actor” cards with different names from your Deck to your Extra Deck, face-up.

You can only use the (2) Effect of “Abyss Script – Fire Dragon’s Lair” once per turn.

(1) You can target 1 “Abyss Actor” monster you control; during that turn, if that monster destroys an opponent’s monster by battle: Your opponent banishes 3 monsters from their Extra Deck.

(2) If this Set card you control is destroyed by an opponent’s card effect while you have a face-up “Abyss Actor” Pendulum Monster(s) in your Extra Deck: You can look at your opponent’s Extra Deck, banish 1 card among them.

Pendulum Effect:

(2) If this monster is destroyed by battle or by your opponent’s card effect while in a Monster Zone:  Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower “Abyss Actor” monster from your Deck, other than “Abyss Actor – Sassy Rookie”.

(3) If this card is destroyed while in the Pendulum Zone: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower monster yur opponent controls; destroy that monster.

The nature of the scripts seems to imply that AA's would possibly make a strong trap heavy deck considering the opponent wouldn't want to pop them. ...of course, because pendulums, the opponent could always just go and pop scales instead, making 'em... Kinda ineffective. Doesn't help that Rise of the Dark Ruler seems the only Script so far that actually appears useful outside getting blown up...

 

Wild Hope looks promising. A destruction-based searcher is always a good thing, and if it does indeed just say card like that, it could trigger from the scales which could be a nice deterrent for any of your opponent's Spell/Trap destruction. Also, scale 9 :D

I kinda like it. I think it'll be pretty fun to play lol.

Kinda sad Exciton is banned. It would be so troll to set a couple Scripts when you're ahead so you can just continue winning when your board explodes.

 

Dark Ruler seems pretty damn good. The fact that it targets is a bit sad, but it can hit Spells/Traps as well as monsters so you can pop scales and such. I'm not sure how relevant it is that you can prevent your opponent from responding, but I guess it's nice.

 

Fantasy Magic is bad, but that's a pretty neato effect.

 

Love Wild Hope. It can be used as a high or low scale, the high scale lets you actually Pendulum out Evil Heel, the search activates if it gets blown up from a Pendulum zone (I think?). There's a lot to love here.

Update: 3 new cards

Wild Hope is still basically the same, it can still either a high or low scale. Not much new there.

 

Sassy Rookie seems pretty great. It can be a bit of a wall as a monster while also floating, and it can defend your other AAs and pop your opponent's stuff at the same time. Love it.

 

Dragon's Lair probably isn't great because your opponent gets to choose which things they remove. However, it doesn't have an OPT clause on the activated effect, so you can potentially search it with Heroine/Superstar and plop down 3 in one turn, at which point it's pretty nice.

 

Dressing Rooms is effectively a double search, but it's just so slow... It being chainable doesn't matter much because your opponent will never be targeting your set cards as Actors, especially given that it's already a Pendulum deck anyway. Might be worth throwing it at 1-2? IDK.

 

Also Pretty Heroine shares a dressing room with the other actors, SCANDALOUS
