~British Soul~ Posted July 19, 2016 Report Share Posted July 19, 2016 Never used Spinda (and probs never will), however Chandelure, I have used in White, though it was a pain to evolve Litwick, nevertheless, since I can't vote for Spinda due to reasons anyway, Chandelure gets my vote by default.
