~British Soul~ Posted July 21, 2016 Report Share Posted July 21, 2016 Zigzagoon, I've only used as a Rock Smasher/Cutter.Empoleon however I have actually used on a team in Gen 4, not to mention he has a good type, and seeing as I can't vote for Zigzagoon due to reasons anyway, Empoleon gets my vote by default.
