They actually censored this
Look, I don't really care for the fact Snow's dress was re-colored, but what I honestly find hilarious is the fact they are seemingly trying to avoid any Disney reference with This card- But they literally got done printing a bunch of Starwars cards, which is another thing owned by Disney.
'Course, Kozmo only look "inspired" by Starwars, while Snow has a much closer resemblance to it's source material(Doesn't help that it's also named "Snow"), so it's understandable why they would do this sort of change in the first place.
Regardless, though, I still think it's an amusing edit.

Honestly curious if Konami just sometimes decides to screw with people by making art changes

If it really was for the sole purpose of avoiding copyright...then that would be a bit too strange, since Star Wars is owned by Disney though it was inspired. Oh you KoA.

 

Anyways, card has a great niche in Lightsworns and Shiranuis and can BoM anything during your opponent's turn such as a Nova, other R4 monsters, or at least anything that does not have a quick effect, is invulnerable, or triggers on summon. Not to mention being quick fodder. This and a tuner makes Omega plays much more interesting.
