~British Soul~ Posted July 26, 2016 Report Share Posted July 26, 2016 Even though I used Breloom in gen 3 (back then, I didn't know the Fluctuating EXP group), I can't vote for it due to reasons, so Mewtwo, who I have also used (in main series and in Pokken), gets my vote by default.
